All orders require 24-48 hours for processing. Tesi Bridal Online does not process orders during weekends or after normal business hours. Therefore, we do not guarantee same day shipping.

All special orders may have additional production, delivery or shipping time (from manufacturer). You will be notified of this via email after your order is processed.

The items you order are subject to availability. Most items are special order & you will be notified of your item's availability and delivery date, via email when your order is processed.

As stated throughout Tesi Bridal Online website, there are NO returns, exchanges or cancellations on orders.

Welcome to Tesi Bridal Online. This website is owned and operated by Tesi Bridal Online who provides this website as a service to its customers. Please review the following basic rules that govern your use of our website ("agreement") before you use this website and/or purchase from it.

Please note that your use of Tesi Bridal Online constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site or purchase merchandise from it. Although you may "bookmark" a particular portion of this site and thereby bypass this agreement, your use of this site still binds you to these terms. Tesi Bridal Online reserves the right in its sole discretion to change, modify, update or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any time. Such changes or modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. Your use of our website following any such changes or modifications constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the revised terms and conditions. Since Tesi Bridal Online may revise this agreement at any time, we encourage you to please review the terms and conditions every time you use this website.

CANCELLATIONS

As stated clearly throughout our website we do NOT allow cancellations. Orders that have been processed can NOT be cancelled and will NOT be refunded. Because orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible we can not allow a cancellation period. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours, but during business hours they are often processed within a few hours. However, if you are able to contact us immediately following the submission of an order, before it is processed & shipped, we will do our best to help you with any cancellation issues. Tesi Bridal Online reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason.Orders are often cancelled if they can not be filled as requested in time for the wear date or if an item is no longer available for any reason. Email notifications will be sent to the email listed on the order in the event that your order is cancelled. Credit cards will not be charged for cancelled orders.

SHIPPING

Ground Shipping: Ground shipping is $15 in the continental US. Many items must be special ordered from the manufacturer. Allow approximately 10-15 business days from the date the item becomes available and is delivered to the carrier. Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude holidays. This timeframe will be shorter if we have the item in our store stock and depending on your location.

Expedited Shipping: Expedited 3-8 business days estimated shipping is available. Also choose this option for Hawaii, Alaska and International shipping. Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude holidays.

"Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada is $35.00 for the first item and $10.00 per additional item (conditional).

"Upgrade to UPS 2-day Blue Label for an additional $30.00 charge for the first item and $10.00 per additional item (conditional).

"Upgrade to UPS Next Day Air for an additional $45.00 charge for the first item and $10.00 per additional item (conditional).

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND PAYMENT

Not all items are in stock. Often we need to order it from the manufacturer. Often the item is sold out, especially at the end of prom season. Therefor, even though your order goes through successfully, it does not mean the item is available. If it is available, it is a final sale. If not, we will let you know by email. If in our best judgment, we determine the item you ordered will not be delivered to you before the wear date you specify during your checkout process, we will not charge your credit card and will notify you by return email that this is the case. If the item is available in time, we will go ahead and process your order and it becomes a final sale. We try to allow at least a week extra time to allow for any shipping delays and/or dress alterations that may be needed but we do not guarantee this. The date you give as your Wear Date determines this. If you do not enter a wear date, we assume the shipping time estimate shown with the shipping method you chose and our shipping policies are satisfactory to you. Some products may take 8 weeks or more to arrive. Shipping time estimates given under our shipping policies start from the date the item becomes available at either our warehouse (if in stock) or the manufacturer's warehouse and is delivered to the carrier. Once availability for your wear date is established, we go ahead and capture (charge) the transaction and the sale is final at this point. If the item is unavailable, we immediately void the authorization on our end. We may offer you a substitute size/color and wait for your response before voiding the sale. It may take 1-3 days or more for your bank to remove pending charges on your credit card account. It could take longer if paid by debit. In-stock items take about 1-8 business days to get to you. Items that are not in-stock in our store, but with the manufacturer can take anywhere from 3-12 business days to get to you. Items that are not in-stock at our store or at the manufacturer and are specially ordered can take anywhere from a few days to several months, depending on the production time. Here are some more important guidelines for those items that are almost ALWAYS especially made-to-order for you:

"Bridal Gowns: Generally take 12-18 weeks for delivery. Rush delivery/production (8-10 weeks) is often available for an additional charge. (Occasionally the style, size and color you need is in stock at our store or with the manufacturer and can reach you in as little as a week or two, but this is rare, so let us know if you have availability questions regarding specific items.)

"Bridesmaids Gowns: Generally take 10-14 weeks for delivery. Rush delivery/production (4-8 weeks) is often available for an additional charge. (Occasionally the style, size and color you need is in stock at our store or with the manufacturer and can reach you in as little as a week or two, but this is rare, so let us know if you have availability questions regarding specific items.)

We Accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and Debit Cards.

SALES TAX

All taxable items orders shipped to NJ residents are subject to 7% sales tax.

MEASURING/FIT

You, the customer, always have the final decision on all sizing matters. We will help you determine the best size for you at your request, but you always choose the size. Dresses generally run smaller than regular clothing and each designer/manufacturer goes by their own size chart. It is the responsibility of the customer to account for these things when choosing their size.

PRICING

While Tesi Bridal Online intent is, of course, to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or other incorrect information is posted due to an error in entering pricing or other product information, Tesi Bridal Online shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. Tesi Bridal Online will attempt to contact customer for further instructions and/or to inform customer of the cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for the accuracy of pricing information shown on other sites that may advertise us as a merchant. Sale prices apply only to items purchased on-line from our store stock unless otherwise noted. You will be notified if you place an order for an on sale item that is not in stock in our store.

NOTICES/UPDATES/COMMUNICATIONS

Tesi Bridal Online communicates primarily by email for its online store. Sometimes messages do not get through for various reasons. Tesi Bridal Online is not responsible for failure to communicate with customer due to incorrect contact information, blocked email messages or other factors beyond our control. You can always check the status of your order by logging on to your account on our website. In addition, each time your order status is updated, you should receive an automatic email communication from us with information such as product availability, order placement with vendor, shipping estimates and tracking numbers.

RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES FINAL

As is typical in the formal wear industry, we do not accept returns or exchanges. The only exception is where there is a manufacturer defect. However, we inspect each item prior to shipping, if we fail to do so, we will be happy to accept your return for re-inspection. Defects do not include sizing issues. Any manufacturer defects found must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of delivery. If your item is eligible for re-inspection, you will receive a Return Authorization number that will allow you to return the dress to us for re-inspection. E-mail us at info@tesibridal.com. YOU AGREE THAT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO TESI BRIDAL ONLINE ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD SHALL BE THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT ORDERED AND PAID BY YOU THE CONSUMER.
